DIRECTORS
Anthony Moroyan
Tony Moroyan is a seasoned executive and a Silicon Valley entrepreneur
having founded and/or played an active role with several successful
startups including Mainbrace Corporation and Bsquare Corporation.
He is an active member of the angel and venture capital communities
including the Band of Angels in Silicon Valley. Tony is General
Partner with Digital Age (D-Age) a European venture capital
fund headquartered in Holland. Prior to startups, Tony Moroyan
served senior executive positions with various multinationals
including Hitachi America and Texas Instruments. Tony Moroyan
has played a key role in several spin-offs from multinationals
and setting up offshore operations. Tony currently serves on
several boards of companies. Tony Moroyan holds graduate degrees
in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University
of California Berkeley.
George Rassam
George Rassam is a seasoned financial officer having played
an active role with several startups in Silicon Valley as
CFO and controller including Mainbrace Corporation and Virage
Logic. George has operational experience in all phases of
startups up to and including Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Prior to startups, George served as CFO for IMP Corporation
and controller at Zilog Incorporated. George Rassam serves
as Director of Arset Corporation and Viasphere Corporation.
George holds a Finance Degree from San Jose State University.
Dr. Aram Vardanyan
Aram Vardanyan serves as General Director of Viasphere Technopark
in Armenia. Mr. Vardanyan is a seasoned technologist and executive
having served lead positions in semiconductor research and development
in Armenia and formerly the Soviet Union as General Director
of the Transistor Research and Development Center for Power
Semiconductors. Mr. Vardanyan was co-founder of the Technopark
and oversees operations at the facility. He has served as President
of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia for
the last 5 years. Presently he is also Senior Vice President
of the Armenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Aram Vardanyan
holds a PhD in Solid State Electronics from the Moscow All Union
Electro Technical Institute and is a recognized expert in the
field of semiconductors.
Randy Shepard
Randy Shepard is Co-founder, President and CEO to DVA Group,
Inc., a leading system integrator and developer of digital
broadband and interactive TV systems providing services to
client including Microsoft, AT&T, Comcast, Sony and others.
Randy Shepard is a graduate engineer with a BSAE from Georgia
Tech and a MSAAE from Stanford University specializing in
systems engineering.
