Arset Logic to a Subsidiary of
Silicon Valley Based
Monterey Design Systems
YEREVAN, Armenia — May 8, 2003 — Viasphere Technopark in Yerevan, Armenia,
announced today that one of its incubating companies, Arset Logic, has transitioned into a wholly
owned subsidiary of Monterey Design Systems, Inc, based in Silicon Valley California under the name
Monterey Arset CJSC.
For the past several years Arset logic has been providing design services to Monterey Design Systems as a virtual
subsidiary. Under this arrangement Arset, Monterey and Viasphere worked seamlessly to provide scalable and differentiated
solutions to Monterey and its affiliates.
Monterey Arset employs over thirty top scientists many of whom hold advanced degrees in electrical engineering
and computer science. This center of competency will carry out core product development for Monterey’s future products.
