Yerevan, Armenia, June 6, 2002 — DVA Group, Inc. today announced the launch of DVA Group Armenia CJSC, a wholly owned subsidiary, to extend its worldwide reach for providing products and services to the broadband and digital broadcast markets. DVA Group Armenia will provide an operational base to serve Russia, Europe, Middle East markets as well as provide product development capabilities for the company’s current and future products. DVA Group Armenia is located at Viasphere Technopark in Yerevan, the first commercial incubator and technology park in Armenia.
