startups by providing infrastructure and support services to
operate in the US. The infrastructure provided includes facilities
in Silicon Valley, CA or Yerevan, Armenia as well as the legal,
accounting and HR services.
Our involvement starts early with the company sometimes at
the concept stages. We help companies with business plan formation,
legal entity formation and capitalization. For this purpose,
Viasphere has in-house legal, finance, and business resources
that are brought to bear with the companies that we partner
with. Viasphere also takes an active role in the financing
phase of the incubation including seed and first round funding.
Throughout the incubation process, our management team plays
an active role in helping startups navigate and overcome the
myriad of challenges that face startup.
